Terms of service
Updated October 7, 2026
Orlando Comedy is an independent guide to comedy shows, open mics, comics and venues. These terms apply when you use the website, create an account or submit information.
Show information
Organizers control their events. Times, locations, availability and prices can change. Recurring dates may be calculated from a community schedule; a dated confirmation applies only to the date it names. A blank price does not mean a show is free. Follow the organizer’s current information before attending or buying tickets.
Accounts and community contributions
Keep your account secure and only claim profiles you are authorized to manage. Provide accurate information and only upload material you have permission to use. By submitting listing information or artwork, you give the guide permission to store, display and format it to operate and promote the community directory. You retain your rights to your own material.
Do not impersonate others, spam, harass people, upload unlawful material or attempt to bypass access controls. Maintainers may review, correct, decline or remove submissions and restrict accounts that misuse the service. Signing in does not automatically grant profile or maintainer access.
Mic nights and performance history
The host controls signups, check-ins, bucket draws and lineup order. Estimated stage times can change and notifications may arrive late or fail. A signup does not guarantee a spot. Performance credits are recorded when the host confirms a completed set; contact the maintainer about an incorrect record.
Tickets, offers and featured listings
External organizers and ticket providers handle their sales, refunds and event admission. Venues set their offers and restrictions. Featured or promotional placement will be identified; it does not guarantee an event’s quality or availability. The guide does not currently process ticket purchases or venue payments.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the guide useful, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of every community submission. Use the information with care. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Privacy, questions and updates
See our Privacy policy for how we handle information. Contact admin@orlandocomedy.lol with questions or content concerns. We update the date above when these terms change.
