Orlando Comedy at orlandocomedy.lol is an independent community guide. This policy explains how the guide uses information about you.
Accounts and Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile image when supplied. We use these to create and secure your account. We store account and session records, including authentication tokens where needed. We request basic identity access, not access to your Gmail, Drive files or calendars. We never receive your Google password.
When email sign-in is available, we send a short-lived, single-use link to the address you provide. We store its verification record with a hashed token and use our email provider to deliver it. The same link can create your account; it does not subscribe you to marketing or grant profile or maintainer access.
Listings, profiles and mic nights
Show and profile details you submit for publication can become public after review. Contact emails, ownership evidence and review notes are available to the maintainers who need them. A host can see the signups and check-ins for their mic night. Completed performances confirmed by a host can appear as public profile credits. Don’t put private contact information in public listing notes.
Browser storage and location
Sign-in uses essential session cookies. Your browser also saves preferences, bookmarks and your analytics choice. Nearby searches use a ZIP code or location you choose to share; precise GPS coordinates stay in your browser. The ZIP lookup provider receives the ZIP you enter. Your device asks before sharing its location. Push notifications require your permission; we store the subscription needed to deliver them.
Optional usage analytics
If you allow analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, when configured, measures page visits, referrals and page performance. We use Workers Analytics Engine to understand page visits, filters, search result counts and actions such as opening tickets, directions, venue websites or completing a signup. A temporary random identifier connects actions within a browser session. These custom events do not contain your account ID, email, form contents, search text or precise location. We categorize referral sources without saving full referring URLs.
Analytics Engine events are retained by Cloudflare for three months. Cloudflare Web Analytics reports are available for six months. You can turn optional analytics off below; this stops future collection in this browser, but does not erase previously collected reports. Browser privacy signals that request no tracking also turn optional analytics off.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare hosts the website and database and processes network and security information, including IP addresses. Google handles Google sign-in. External maps, social and ticket sites have their own privacy policies. If email delivery is enabled, our email provider processes the address and message needed to send it. We do not sell your personal information or give Google account data to advertisers.
Keeping and removing information
We keep account and community records while needed to operate the guide, maintain accurate history and prevent abuse. Security records and backups may remain for a limited operational period. Contact us to request access, correction, account deletion or removal of personal information. We review requests and explain what can be removed or anonymized, including public performance history. You can also revoke Google access in your Google account settings.
